Project Controls Manager – Oil & Gas (Rotational 6/2, Baku)

PD&MS Group is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the Project Controls Department in Baku, Azerbaijan, on a full-time rotational basis. You will oversee a large project controls team across client contracts in the Caspian region, delivering a portfolio of flowline, non-flowline, and drilling-based modification projects.

The role requires extensive experience in cost, planning and/or document control, with a track record of managing teams and implementing best practices
