Job Description:
Marie Curie is seeking an experienced palliative care nurse to join our new service at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. You will identify patients in the Emergency Department likely in their last year of life, deliver specialist palliative care, and facilitate prompt discharge to appropriate care providers in line with patients’ preferred place of care.
You will lead clinical assessments, provide advanced symptom control, and collaborate with community and hospital palliative care services
