Traveling Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager (RN)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) who will travel across the region to lead and develop teams in multiple care homes. You will help deliver high-quality care, implement action plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while stepping in for the General Manager when needed.

The role requires an RGN with current NMC registration and a teaching or supervision qualification, plus experience in nursing home settings.
