GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
GS-12 requirements
- Experience generating, monitoring, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends, process gaps, or system deficiencies.
- Experience making decisions that encompass interpretation, evaluation and recommendations of new concepts, methods and techniques.
- Experience conducting studies to determine whether proposed changes to system applications meet functional user requirements and to translate general policy guidance into detailed operational procedures.
- Experience providing logistical guidance to supply planning, shipping/receiving and inventory departments within a supply agency or private industry.
- Experience solving complex problems in supply operations and management programs in the supply program.

GS-11 requirements
- Experience providing logistical guidance to supply planning, shipping/receiving and inventory departments within a supply agency or private industry.
- Experience performing work supply processes, and supply data management operational procedures with a strategical approach for day to day operations.
- Experience applying metrics to improve performance of other disciplines involved in strategic analyst planning and execution.
- Experience tracking and developing mitigation plans for diminishing material sources.
- Experience solving complex problems in supply operations and management programs with problem analysis and root cause determination techniques.
