Engineering Supervisor – Canary Wharf – £55,000 + OTnn Are you a hands-on Engineering Supervisor looking for a stable, well-supported role in a prestigious financial services environment? nnWe’re recruiting for a skilled and proactive professional to take ownership of a modern Banking site in Canary Wharf.n nThis is a unique opportunity to run a site with real autonomy while still benefiting from strong support from an experienced Contract Manager and on-site personnel.nn The Rolen You’ll operate as the lead engineer on site, overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems. This is a balanced role, with an expected 50/50 split between hands-on work and administrative duties (subject to tenant occupancy). n nKey ResponsibilitiesnnCarrying out Electrical & Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenancenManaging and supervising subcontractorsnOverseeing compliance documentation, including logbooks and E-log systemsnPreparing and reviewing RAMS and issuing PTWsnEnsuring site compliance and high service delivery standardsnActing as the primary point of contact for engineering on siteWhat’s on OffernnSalary: £55,000 per annumnMonday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (No callout)nSome overtime built into the contractnSingle-person site initially, with budget approved to grow the team if requirednStrong administrative support from an experienced Contract ManagernAdditional on-site support via tenant-employed handyman (Northern Trust)About YounnElectrically or mechanically qualified (ideally with multi-skilled experience)nPrevious experience in a supervisory or lead rolenStrong understanding of compliance, RAMS, and permit-to-work systemsnComfortable managing subcontractors and working independentlynExperience in commercial or financial services environments is desirableIf you’re looking for a role that offers autonomy, support, and long-term stability within a high-end client environment, this could be the perfect next step.nn Apply now to find out more
