Supported Housing OfficernLocation: NW LondonnRate: £19-20 Per HournContract: 6 Months ContractnWorking Pattern: On-patch, community-based (daily presence required)nI’m currently recruiting for an experienced Supported Housing Officer on behalf of a housing provider delivering frontline support to vulnerable adults in the community.nThis is a patch-based role, requiring daily visits and face-to-face engagement with residents. The service supports individuals with mental health needs, domestic violence histories, asylum seekers and ex-offenders, so candidates must be confident managing complex cases and risk.nThe Rolen * n Provide housing-related support to vulnerable residents to help sustain tenanciesn * n Manage a caseload of residents with complex needsn * n Carry out regular patch visits, welfare checks and risk assessmentsn * n Develop and review support plans and complete safeguarding referralsn * n Work closely with external agencies including mental health teams, probation and local authoritiesn * n Record accurate case notes and maintain compliance with service standardsnThe Ideal Candidaten * n Proven experience in supported housing, floating support or tenancy sustainmentn * n Experience working with mental health, domestic abuse, asylum seekers or ex-offendersn * n Strong safeguarding knowledge and confident risk management skillsn * n Comfortable working independently on patch, five days a weekn * n Excellent communication and report-writing skills
