Hotel Groups Reservation

If you are passionate about travel and love creating exceptional group experiences, this is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing DMC specialising in high-end inbound travel across the UK & Ireland.

You’ll work with international travel suppliers to design and deliver standout group itineraries – combining top-tier hotels, seamless logistics, and unique, memorable experiences which you will be booking for large groups.

What you’ll be doing

• Sourcing and negotiating with hotels and suppliers to secure the best rates and added value
• Managing bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation with exceptional attention to detail
• Building strong relationships with suppliers
• Working at pace, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Supporting the wider team across purchasing and operations when needed
• Getting involved in familiarisation trips and industry events

What we’re looking for

• Experience in group travel, group hotel reservations, or group inbound tourism
• Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations
• A natural organiser with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
• Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially aware
• A team player with a positive, flexible attitude
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel a bonus)
• Additional European language? Even better
