My Client in London is looking to recruit an enthusiastic D2A Occupational Therapist to join a well-structured and dynamic team. The client offers a full time contract with an opportunity to work from home, a fair and manageable caseload and further training in your portfolio. The vacancy will be for an initial 3 – 6 months with potential for extension.nnMain Duties for the D2A Occupational Therapist includes;nnUndertake strengths-based occupational therapy assessments under the Discharge to Assess pathwaynSupport safe and timely discharge from hospitalnAssess functional ability, risk, and environmental factors in community settingsnRecommend and arrange equipment, adaptations, reablement, or short-term supportnWork collaboratively with health partners, reablement teams, and social care colleaguesnContribute to decision-making around longer-term care and support planningnMaintain accurate records in line with statutory and professional requirementsTo Be Successful;nnPrevious experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the communitynHCPC RegistrationnEnhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)nEligibility to work in the UKnOccupational Therapist QualificationBenefits of Working with our client in London nnOur client offers the opportunity for additional training for both perm and temporary members of staff within the authority.
