Senior On-site IT Support Technician

Stefanini EMEA is seeking an experienced onsite IT Support professional to deliver high‑quality customer service and hands‑on support. You will be the primary contact for incident resolution, coordinating with third‑party resolver groups when needed and ensuring timely, professional handling of all requests.

You will install and maintain PCs, peripherals and LAN equipment, manage user accounts and security, and support AV tools for meetings.
