Functional Skills Tutor for Youth Employability in Retail

Red 5 People Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced tutor to support 16- to 25-year-olds with EHCPs, including learners with autism, ADHD and learning difficulties, by delivering Functional Skills English and Maths and helping them gain paid employment.

Based in large retail stores across Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tipton and Merry Hill, the role blends Functional Skills teaching with supporting learners during real work placements, in small groups alongside Skills Coaches.
