About the Company

A well-established business within the gaming industry based in Belfast. They are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Support Assistant to provide essential administrative support across the business while assisting the finance function and wider management team.

About the Job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with and executing the following duties…

  • Assist with general office administration and daily clerical duties.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and support basic finance administration.
  • Match invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Liaise with the company’s outsourced HR provider.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Scan, file and securely manage company documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of licence applications and compliance documentation.
  • Support marketing activities by creating or updating promotional content for social media.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate stationery and equipment orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient office environment.
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider management team.
  • Assist with ad hoc duties as required.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within a busy office or administrative environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience within the betting, gaming or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience handling petty cash, finance administration or bookkeeping would be beneficial.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a willingness to support different areas of the business.
