Job Description:
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Health Care Assistant to deliver NHS Health Checks in Sutton Enhanced Access clinics. You will conduct clinical assessments, measurements, blood tests where needed, and document results to NHS Health Check guidance.
You will work across multiple GP practices, provide lifestyle advice, and signpost patients to local prevention services. Evening and weekend sessions are included, with a strong emphasis on safeguarding and information governance.
