Deanery C E Primary School is a caring,friendly and successful two-form entry academy primary school. We are extremely proud of the high standardof our in house school catering service and we are committed to continuing tooffer an excellent service to our pupils and staff. Wehave a vacancy for a 12.5 hour per week General Assistant. The hours will be11.15am – 1.45pm Monday to Friday term time only. The working times may varydepending on service needs.
We are looking for anenthusiastic person to join our catering team from as soon as possible. Dutiesinclude:
- Assistingwith the preparation of food
- Servingpupils
- Erectingand dismantling tables for lunch
- Cleaningthe dining hall
- Washingup
- Kitchencleaning
- Generalkitchen duties
Previous experiencedesirable, but training will be given. Candidates must be willing to undertakethe Level 2 Food Safety and any other relevant training.
