What You’ll Be Doing

Assist and support the shop manager to maximise sales and profits in the shop. Guide and manage employees and volunteers to achieve specific goals and objectives. Provide direction, motivation and task delegation to the team, monitor progress and ensure effective communication. Promote personal and professional development opportunities. Operate the shop autonomously, ensuring delivery of a profitable and customer-focused service.
