Job Description:
The Basildon Academies are seeking a proactive full-time Caretaker to join a cross-site premises team. You will maintain the appearance and safety of Academy buildings and grounds, ensure cleaning, manage incidents such as spillages and blockages, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Role requires DIY skills, a driving licence for site travel, and strong communication with contractors, staff and students. Salary band 2 is £26,646–£27,911 with annual increments and shift allowance.
