Rank Constable – Grade/scale PC
We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic officers who demonstrates high standards, great communications skills and a passion for shaping and developing existing staff and the next generation of police drivers. You will work in a highly trained, diverse and professional team who are committed to providing the right skills to the right people.
Responsibilities
The role is varied, and you will deliver all types of driver training courses. This role will challenge you but will provide you with a rewarding career.
Training Requirements & Qualifications
- Fully qualified College of Policing recognised Police Driving Instructor or Police Driver Trainer.
- A teaching assessment centre or interview process may be required, but if you hold a level 4 teaching qualification (C.O.P. Trainer Essentials Programme) or above please indicate, if you have delivered driver training sessions in the last six months which can be validated, please evidence by way of e‑mail from supervisor or qualified teacher within your team/unit.
