Outpatient Pharmacist – Band 6/7 Clinical Lead

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Bank Pharmacist to join the outpatient pharmacies as a Band 6/7 clinician. You will act as Responsible Pharmacist, support the Senior Pharmacist, and contribute to high-quality patient care across outpatient settings.

The role is based within outpatient pharmacies. Experience in hospital pharmacy, medicines reconciliation and patient counselling is desirable; vaccination status may be required in line with NHS guidance.
