Lead Support Worker – Youth Residential Care

Brook Street is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for a new children’s residential home in Swindon. You will lead a team, supervise Support Workers and develop personalised care plans for 15–17-year-olds, supporting their independence and well‑being.

The role is full‑time, with a 2 days on / 4 days off rota, some sleep shifts, overtime and travel as required. A valid UK driving licence and care qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are essential.
