Choice Care Group is recruiting a Senior Social Care Worker in Maidenhead to provide leadership and guidance to a team of social care workers in a residential setting. You will report concerns to seniors and help ensure the highest level of care, while expanding on your knowledge and experience.

You will lead a team, liaise with managers, and support residents with daily activities, including meals and outings, to promote safety and fulfilment in the lives of those you support.
