Rental Controller: Customer Care & Fleet Operations

Narrow Aisle Ltd. is offering a Full-time Rental Controller apprenticeship in a busy customer service and admin environment. You will handle calls and emails, manage the lead-to-order lifecycle for rentals, keep Protean systems updated, and support engineers and transport colleagues to meet deadlines.

The role includes invoicing, stock checks, and adherence to Health & Safety policies while you learn the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 program. Training provider details will be confirmed.
