Job Description:

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef on a full-time basis to create exceptional food experiences for Defence. The role is contracted to 37.5 hours per week, with rotating shifts, to support 250+ UK military establishments and other government sites.

You will oversee menu changes, supervise a kitchen team, and ensure high standards of hygiene and customer service, while contributing to new menu concepts and strong brand representation.
