Voids Surveyor: Lead Trades Team & Fast Repairs

Sellick Partnership are recruiting an Empty Property Surveyor for a well-known Housing organisation in Northamptonshire. Lead a team of 10-15 tradespeople to deliver voids turnaround and ensure properties meet lettable standards.

The role requires strong surveying and property knowledge; a full driving licence is essential and SSSTS/SMSTS are desirable. The position is full-time with a temporary ongoing term in Northamptonshire.
