Senior Residential Care Lead — Youth Home

Adecyn Homes in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to provide a caring environment for young people aged 8-17. This role involves supervising junior staff, implementing care plans, and encouraging independent living skills.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People or related fields and experience in a residential care setting. Full-time hours include shift work, and an enhanced DBS check is mandatory. Additional pay of £35 per sleep-in is provided.
