Job Title: Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £12.71 – £13.45 per hour
Hours: Multiple positions available
Location: Plymouth

About the Role
Your role would involve supporting people with all aspects of day‑to‑day living, some aspects of personal care, in their homes and out in the community. The people you would support have a range of interests which include going to cinema, disco, picnic in the park, trampolining. They also enjoy walking into town for a coffee, shopping and exploring different places by bus or train. If you share these interests, then this could be a great opportunity for you to work in an environment that combines your shared interests with your career.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting people with all aspects of day‑to‑day living.
- Providing some aspects of personal care.
- Assisting them in family homes and in the community.
- Participating in leisure activities such as cinema, disco, picnics, trampolining, and trips to town.
- Ensuring their safety and well‑being throughout all activities.
Working Pattern
Shift patterns will include weekend working on a rotational basis. As a flexible employer we are open to discussing patterns mutually beneficial to meet the needs of the people we support. Details will be discussed at the interview.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check and registration for the DBS Update Service.
- Two acceptable/satisfactory references.
