This lovely Nursery in Abingdon is now seeking an experienced Room Leader to support in one of their busy rooms. Working 40 hours a week, salary offered is approximately £32k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits from this growing provider on great transport links.

What our Clients are looking for

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting

• Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
• Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
