HGV Class 1 (C+E) & Cat C Driver – Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Location: Rotherham, South YorkshireStart Date: Immediate

Pay Rates

• HGV Class 1 (C+E): £16.00 per hour (days)
• HGV Class 1 (C+E) Nights: £17.50 per hour
• Category C (Class 2): £14.50 per hour (days)
• Night Out Allowance: £25.00 per night (both Cat C and C+E)
• Enhanced rates for Saturday and Sunday
• Weekly PAYE pay
• Minimum 8 hours’ pay per shift
• 12.07% holiday pay accrual

Role

• Ongoing work driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Category C vehicles.
• Local deliveries and long-distance trunking.
• Some manual loading/unloading (handball) may be required.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Complete delivery paperwork and driver records.
• Follow all road traffic laws and company procedures.
• Maintain good communication with dispatch and customers.

Requirements

• Full UK HGV C+E or Category C licence.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No DR10, CD10 or IN10 endorsements.
• Minimum of 2 years holding a UK HGV licence.
• Competitive hourly rates.
• Weekly PAYE pay (no limited company payments).
• Digital timesheets.
• Holiday pay at 12.07%.
• Enhanced weekend rates.
• Guaranteed minimum 8-hour paid shifts.
