Requirements
- We require CCNA or an equivalent certification.
- CCNP is highly desirable.
- We need proven experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments.
- We require a strong background in firewalls and VPNs, including Cisco ASA and Check Point.
- We need experience with routing protocols and network design principles.
- We require experience with WAN technologies and monitoring.

- Experience with SD‑WAN is required, with Arista preferred.

- Experience using tools for traffic analysis, performance monitoring, and capacity planning is required.

Responsibilities
- We maintain and support WAN, LAN, and wireless LAN connectivity across multiple locations.
- We deploy, configure, and support edge routers and security firewalls.
- We contribute to the design and implementation of network solutions.
- We monitor network health, performance, and overall environment stability.
- We perform fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- We support the development of network standards, configurations, and best practices.
- We assist with hardware lifecycle planning and replacement strategies.
- We produce and maintain clear technical documentation and procedures.
- We work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- We provide on-site support and installations when required.
- We ensure adherence to organisational policies and security standards.
