Literacy & Reading Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support)

Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant – Literacy & Reading for our primary academy. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, term time plus inset days (195 days per year). The salary is £21,666.40 actual, with LGAT 5 £25,550 pro rata reference.

The post involves 1:1 support for students with SEN, assisting the class teacher with groups or individuals, and helping to implement strategies to support literacy and reading. DBS checks and safeguarding are required.
