Part-Time Chef de Partie | Seasonal Menus & 5-Star Prep

Hydes Brewery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Chef de Partie to deliver excellent food standards by preparing seasonal menus and daily specials across all stations. You will ensure all dishes are prepared to specification, across all stations, with the ability to produce starters, mains and desserts.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management and maintaining a 5‑star rating in a friendly, busy kitchen. This role offers weekly pay and generous staff perks.
