Engineering Technical Trainer & Capability Builder

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners plc is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and implement technical training strategies across the site. You will collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure high standards of technical instruction for diverse groups.

You will deliver OEM-based training, audit materials, and foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting engineering apprentices through college and on-site, extending up to three years post-apprenticeship.
