Store Lead & Customer Experience Champion

Wickes is looking for a Store Assistant Manager to lead on shift, support the team and deliver a brilliant customer experience across showroom and operations. You’ll help customers design projects, assist with deliveries and resolve issues while keeping the store running smoothly.

You’ll gain leadership experience across all store areas, with opportunities to progress as Wickes expands to more stores. You’ll need a full UK driving licence and flexibility to support nearby stores when needed.
