What You Will Do

• Develop and deploy multi-agent AI systems using Python (FastAPI) and LLMs to automate property viewings, sales, and contractor management.
• Build seamless full-stack user experiences with TypeScript, React, and Next.js that integrate deeply with CRMs, WhatsApp, and email platforms.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for shipping features, from initial architecture to production, seeing your work impact real property agencies within days.

The ideal candidate

• A top-tier graduate from Oxford, Cambridge, or Imperial, either graduating in 2026 or possessing 1-2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and a desire to work across the full stack, including modern frontend frameworks and cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP.
• A fast-moving, founder-mode mindset eager to thrive in a high-intensity startup culture that prioritizes rapid shipping and collaborative in-person work.
