Bank Clinical Pharmacist role at Spire Yale Hospital in Wrexham. The position is a bank contract with flexible working and offers a competitive hourly rate. The role requires providing expert pharmaceutical care within a multidisciplinary team to support patients and the clinical staff.
Job responsibilities
- Provide advice and support to consultants, clinicians and patients to ensure safe, appropriate and cost‑effective use of medicines.
- Advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
- Promote a multidisciplinary, patient‑focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high‑quality healthcare service.
- Plan, deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet patients’ health and well‑being.
- Deliver an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, professional and ethical standards, and clinical requirements.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified pharmacist.
- Registered with the GPhC with no restrictions.
- Previous hospital experience (minimum 2 years) is desirable.
- Experience with the SAP system is desirable but not essential.
- Team player with a friendly, personable, sensitive and empathetic approach.

- Qualified pharmacist.
- GPhC registered with no restrictions.
