Overview

A Site Manager is sought by an existing client of Sphere Solutions to start immediately. The client is a large Main Contractor delivering a £15M new build Maritime Innovation Centre.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities on the Maritime Innovation Centre project, with emphasis on internal packages (internals and finishing).
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure programme adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality standards, and site documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within internals and finishing.
• Valid SMSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid certification.
