- The focus of the role is supporting firm-wide adoption of new Gen AI tools.
- Build strong relationships with partners, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the firm.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and engagement strategies using a structured methodology.
- Drive adoption, readiness, and benefits realisation, identifying and addressing resistance early.
- Lead pilot programmes for AI tool adoption, from initial scoping through full deployment
- Manage onboarding and training sessions for legal teams, ensuring smooth technology adoption
- Act as a translator between technical teams and legal professionals, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
- Partner with our Risk & Compliance team to ensure AI implementations meet regulatory and ethical standards.
Skills Required
- 4-5years experience in Change Management and 2-3 years working with AI within a law firm.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as; Chat GPT, Harvey, Legora, Claude and Copilot.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a clear client service ethos.
This role offers hybrid working – 2 days WFH weekly.
