Social Worker: Homelessness Support & Safeguarding

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive social worker in the UK to deliver independent social work tasks and specialist assessments under Care Act and MCA. You will develop safety plans and provide ongoing support for adults facing homelessness or domestic abuse, while coordinating with housing, health, police and voluntary sector partners.
