Recovery & Wellbeing Support Specialist

TipTopJob is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Greater London to provide wrap‑around care for adults with mental health and/or substance misuse needs. The role is 37.5 hours per week on a rota, covering early and late shifts across Monday to Sunday to support wellbeing and successful move on.

You will hold a caseload of four key clients, develop personalised Support Plans, carry out risk and needs assessments, and work within a psychologically informed environment with multi‑agency partners
