Overview
- Create compelling, effective concepts and designs across a variety of channels, including print, digital, social, and in-store environments.
- Partner with ITG colleagues and client teams to deliver cohesive creative that supports the brand’s marketing strategy and commercial goals.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet agreed deadlines and budget expectations, communicating proactively if challenges arise.
- Work in line with established workflows—accurately estimating time, meeting deadlines, and completing timesheets as required.
- Stay curious and informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting ideas clearly
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to flag challenges early when deadlines or workloads shift
- A sense of ownership over your creative output, seeking feedback at the right moments to elevate the work
