• Act as the **first point of contact** for our premium customers, delivering high-quality customer service during **overnight hours**.• Advise premium customers via **phone and email** in **Arabic and English**.• Process customer requests end-to-end, from offer preparation through to billing, including individual travel arrangements as well as restaurant and club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports and cultural events), spa and fitness bookings, yacht charters, flowers, transport, sightseeing, and related services.• Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination management agencies.• Prepare **tailor-made travel offers and documents**, create detailed itineraries, manage visa applications, and handle all related administrative processes.• Proactively inform and inspire customers about **exclusive promotions and events**, ensuring they benefit from unique and curated opportunities.
Requirements
- You have excellent language skills inprofessional **Arabic **and **English**, in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework).
- Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism.
- Have several years of professional experience in the** travel industry,** a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service.
- Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge.
- Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture.
- Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values.
- Have excellent communication skills.

- Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week) working permanent night shifts **between 20:00 – 07:00 GMT hours**, Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis.
