Dynamic Early Years HLTA — Term-Time, Cross-School Impact

Galileo Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across Thrive at Five wards in Redcar and Cleveland. The role is fixed-term for two years and term-time, seconded to Thrive at Five for management and delivery of interventions in early years settings.

You will support delivery of speech and language programmes, monitor children’s progress, and collaborate with schools, families and community partners to raise attainment in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
