We are looking for a full time floating support worker within Durham for a tempoary to permanent role.nnThe Role:nTo provide individualised person centred support to clients with mental health needs; to enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life, to participate in the community and to develop their abilities as fully as possible.nnMental wellbeing alliance – to support people with low MH needs, could be as simple as appointments or as complex as not being able to leave the house.nnAlso supporting with benefit forms, PIP forms, group sessions support.nnVisits are around 1.5 hours and then time to complete notes. Average 5 people a day.nn * Predominantly 9-5 Mon-Fri. flexibility around start and end times.nn * Around school times if preferred.nn * Work around clients to find suitable times to achieve the workload, clock in/out system.
Driver essentialnn * Would need business insurance if claiming mileage. Expenses paid – 40p per mile
