Savings Customer Advocate – On-Site Branch Role

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador in Sheffield to be the first point of contact for customers in-branch or by phone, helping with end-to-end journeys and a friendly, proactive approach.

This on-site role offers 35 hours per week, a permanent contract, and a salary of £25,000, with progression to £25,500 once fully competent. You’ll support savings growth and refer customers to trusted partners as part of our customer journey.
