Energy & Utilities Technical Support Officer

West Suffolk Council is seeking a motivated Technical Support Officer – Energy to join the Property Services team in Bury St Edmunds. You will provide support across energy and utilities for council-managed properties and help triage enquiries from customers, tenants and suppliers.

The role involves updating the property management software Technology Forge and energy portals, working in a busy team, and maintaining a positive, organised approach.
