Facilities Manager – Retail Centre Operations (Hull)

IWFM is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead operations at a Shopping Centre in Hull. The role covers site maintenance, compliance, soft services, and contractor management, with full ownership of day-to-day activities.

The position is full-time and permanent, requiring 1–2 weekend days per month, with a salary of £34,000–£38,000 per annum. You will report to the Centre Manager and work to ensure safe and efficient operations.
