Role Overview
You will play a key role in producing technical drawing packages, supporting design development, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. The position offers exposure to a wide range of project types, with a particular focus on retail and repeat‑site programmes where accuracy, efficiency and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- AutoCAD technical production – creating detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
- Design development for retail and commercial environments.
- Supporting BIM/3D modelling workflows where required.
- Coordinating with architects, technologists, engineers and contractors.
- Preparing tender, building regulation and construction‑stage documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and project standards.

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential).
