At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives, making our great nutritious food within our fruit team.
We are looking to fill the Fruit PM shift (Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00) in the Skilled Operator role.
You will be working in a fast‑paced production environment. Full training is provided, and previous experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. There is scope to increase hourly pay once further training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Working in a fast-paced production area
- Preparing ingredients for production
- Assisting with the production and packing of food products
- Carrying out hygiene and general cleaning duties as required
- Accurately completing production records
- Manual handling
- Operating MHE
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- A personal commitment to maintaining the highest safety & hygiene standards
- Highly engaged, a good team player
- An ability to work unsupervised
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
