Senior Lecturer/Programme Lead for BSc Health & Social Care

Overview

The University of Greater Manchester invites applications for a role focused on supporting undergraduate Health & Social Care programmes. The post holder will contribute to teaching, delivery, development, research, and administrative support, as well as student recruitment and admissions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to teaching, delivery, development, and research of undergraduate Health & Social Care programmes.
• Provide academic and personal support to students.
• Support student recruitment and admissions for the Health & Social Care programmes.

Qualifications

• First degree and, preferably, a teaching qualification.
• Professional membership/registration is desirable.
• Contemporary experience in Health & Social Care.
• Commitment to undertaking a PhD and membership of the Higher Education Academy (essential).
• Practical awareness of current developments in Health & Social Care Education and ability to facilitate links between courses and the professional sector.
• Right to work in the UK.
