The Role

• Directly support the VP of Operations and senior team members
• Broad mandate: execute ad‑hoc generalist tasks across the startup, new entities, and all operational needs to rapidly scale the London office and EU expansion

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Organisation and administration, with a current focus on EU expansion operations
• Ad‑hoc generalist execution across the startup and new entities
• Take ownership of tasks and close your own loops; escape only when truly blocked
• Handle whatever is required for the office and expansion efforts
