Independent Prescribing Pharmacist – Primary Care

Operose Health is seeking a Prescribing Pharmacist for The Practice, Northumberland Avenue. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with an annual salary up to £60,000, depending on experience.

You will take comprehensive histories, perform clinical assessments, and work with the general practice team to deliver high-quality patient care. An independent prescribing qualification and GPhC registration are required.
