Customer Experience Host & Fashion Advisor

White Stuff in Tees Valley is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant for a 16‑hour contract, with weekend availability may be required. You will report to the Shop Manager and work within the Retail team to deliver excellent customer experience across channels.

You’ll promote multichannel shopping using mPOS, support stock, signage, events, and health and safety procedures while explaining product features to customers. The role involves engaging shoppers and helping maintain visual standards.
